Commentary on Sub Specie Aeternitatis

Sub Specie Aeternitatis not only translates "under the aspect of eternity" but is also the title of a drawing.  This drawing and two others will be in the digital art show at the Science Online 2012 conference taking place at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC.  Since 2007, the Research Triangle area of North Carolina has hosted a conference concerning how the World Wide Web is changing the way science is communicated, taught, and done.

In "Sub Specie Aeternitatis" one sees the "big picture" from ants to planets.  The drawing indicates a human presence as well.

The other two drawings in the SciOn12 conference show are "Fearful Symmetries" and "Juncture," all three drawings are in my JAlbum portfolio.
